KARAYIANNIS VILLAS is a small complex of private villas with private swimming pool, located 7,5 km away from the historic town of Nafplio, just north of Ancient Tiryntha and in an easy 2 hour drive from Athens airport.

Parched on a hillside overlooking beautiful Greek countryside and the typical Greek village of Neo Roino. With stunning views as far as the Larissas castle of Argos to the Palamidi castle of Nafplio, this is the perfect location to relax, during the summer or the winter.

The main aim of the architectural style is to highlight the harmony of modern Greek architecture with the surrounding Greek countryside. The warm earth colours together with the use of local stone and wood create a homely welcoming atmosphere.

In a short distance, you will find the village of Neo Roino, where the guests may find a mini-market, as well as a taverna and a coffee shop (kafenion). Another village, Aghios Andrianos is 2 km away from the villas, on the way to Nafplion Town, where you may also find a butcher's shop, a bakery and a pharmacy.
